The One Shipyards Place Office Tower is a six-story office tower that will be located beside the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. The office, sitting across the street from the EverBank Stadium, will be the future home of the Jaguars front office and other tenants. The office building is designed with 132,493 square feet of enclosed space and 10,185 square feet of unenclosed space on the riverfront. Additionally, it will feature a fitness center and restaurant among other amenities.
