Sing and swing at Paco Sanchez Park. The public park has turned into a Denver must-see attraction beloved by the community because of its musical tribute to Paco Sanchez, Colorado’s first Hispanic DJ and radio host.

The park’s inventive design features Mic Tower, a custom one-of-a-kind climbing structure that reaches 33 feet. The musical journey doesn’t stop there; it continues throughout the park and includes a concrete gramophone shaped slide and a skate park.

Before playtime could begin, the team worked on initial designs to remediate the landfill located below the new park. We focused on importing soil rather than excavating to ensure minimal disturbance to the surrounding neighborhood. Through extensive planning, the former landfill is transformed into a beautiful park with more than 130 trees.
