The turn-key Fatburger restaurant was constructed within a fully operational casino and hotel to bring guests a new source of culinary delight. Our Special Projects division demolished existing walls and ceilings to make way for the new restaurant. The fit out of the new space included installation of walk-in fridge freezers, a fully operational kitchen, a seating area for 15 people and finishes such as flooring, wallcoverings, painting, stainless steel and millwork.  

Our teams conducted construction activities in a way that mitigated impacts and disruption to the client’s daily operations.
