As a focal point of the City of Coronado, the Glorietta Bay Civic Center and Promenade features a new city hall, a community center, two swimming pools, a pool mechanical building, parking and promenade landscape improvements.

As the center is located within a residential area, we found solutions to minimize noise during all phases of construction. We coordinated a special pile installation method called fundex piles to avoid excessive noise created by typical driven piles.
