Sixty-five acres on the Colorado plains are now home to Wells Precast’s new facility. The company’s new central location maximizes workflow across a three-story office building and an 87,748-square-foot production and operation area.  

One month into construction, we discovered unforeseen site conditions that led to a complete redesign of the project and a 90-degree reorientation. Even with these rocky obstacles, we delivered the project on schedule in just nine months. Along with providing a phased move-in approach, we targeted long lead items, prioritized must-haves from the start and ensured their needs were met throughout production.
