Since the establishment of PCL Investments in 2014, PCL has achieved financial close, or is in the process of achieving financial close, as preferred developer partner on 24 projects with a capital value of almost $31 billion. In support of these projects PCL has secured third party financing commitments of over $15 billion and invested or committed to invest over $250 million of PCL funds.
