Toronto, ON (September 9, 2024) – PCL Construction is pleased to announce that Geoff Howe has been promoted to senior vice president and district manager for its Toronto office, assuming overall responsibilities for PCL’s operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario.
Geoff joins Monique Buckberger and Myke Badry, who continue in their vice president and district manager roles, on Toronto’s three-person management team.
“Having started my PCL career in Toronto, it is truly a full-circle moment to return to my roots. I’m excited to be working with this high-performance team and being a part of building iconic projects in the GTA as we embark on significant growth and development,” says Geoff. “Between Monique, Myke and I, our goal is to ensure a seamless transition for our clients and partners as we maintain PCL’s reputation as a construction leader, an employer of choice, and an active community member.”
Geoff succeeds Marc Pascoli who has been promoted to regional vice president with oversight of PCL’s Toronto area operations and PCL’s Solar operations and will remain based in Toronto.

Geoff has spent his entire 17-year construction career with PCL. He was hired as an estimator in Toronto and has held leadership positions in Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Vancouver. In 2022, Geoff returned to his hometown of Ottawa to become district manager and co-lead one of PCL's fastest-growing offices in Canada.
Geoff has worked on iconic projects across many Canadian markets and has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction and from the Ottawa Board of Trade and Ottawa Business Journal. Geoff has a dual degree in arts and applied science in civil engineering from the University of British Columbia, is a professional engineer, and holds a certificate in project management from the University of Toronto.
