Robbie Gosnell is an operations manager for PCL Construction’s Orlando Buildings operations, where he supports the continued growth of the Florida Buildings group. In this role, he strengthens regional performance by advancing best practices and overseeing staffing, resource planning and technical support. Known for his collaborative, people-focused leadership style, Gosnell builds effective teams and drives consistent, high-quality project delivery across Florida.
Gosnell joined PCL in 2005 as a field engineer and has since progressed through the operations track, taking on increasingly senior roles, including project manager, senior project manager and construction manager, before moving into his current position as operations manager. His background across these roles has given him a comprehensive understanding of PCL’s business, enabling him to effectively support teams navigating dynamic, complex project environments.
Drawing on extensive experience working within active environments, including CitiTower in downtown Orlando, the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ at Universal Studios Hollywood®, Gosnell partners with owners, designers, and trade partners to navigate intricate logistics and mitigate risk. His ability to balance technical execution with operational continuity ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Gosnell earned a Bachelor of Science in building construction from the University of Florida. His career at PCL reflects a deep commitment to the company’s values and employee ownership philosophy.
